Canine Humeral and Feline Pelvic Fractures Workshop

This weekend workshop is the next step for registered veterinarians with a strong interest in orthopaedics and a robust base of surgical experience, who would want to offer advanced techniques for canine humeral and feline pelvic fracture repairs. Committed participants from general practice, referral practice, emergency and residency programs are encouraged to participate.

Day one is all about the pelvis, and day two shifts focus to the elbows! The next time you’re presented with a client’s beloved feline family member who has had an unfortunate run-in with a car, you’ll be well placed to help. Likewise, that young English Springer Spaniel with the fractured humeral condyles will be in good hands with you.

Through a balanced mix of tutorials and hands-on practicals, our expert orthopaedic surgeons will guide you through the whole approach, from pre-operative assessment and planning your surgery, right through to the actual doing.
